4 part metal grinders
The 4 Part Metal Grinders are the full setup: sharp metal teeth under the lid, a chamber that catches the grind, a mesh screen that lets the finest pollen fall through, and a bottom chamber that collects it. A magnetic lid snaps shut and stays put in a bag. 3 part plastic grinders
Light in the hand and easy to throw in a bag, the 3 Part Plastic Grinders have 55 sharp pyramid teeth and an integrated stash section, so you can grind and keep a little aside in the same piece. 2 part grinder stash pots
The Plastic Grinder Stash Pots put a simple 2 part grinder with 28 pyramid teeth on top of a large stash pot with a lockable lid. Grind once, keep the rest in the base and take it with you. They come in black, green, pink and yellow.
How a herb grinder works
Break any large pieces up by hand and spread them around the teeth rather than piling them in the middle. Put the lid on and twist back and forth a dozen times or so, until it turns freely. On a 4 part metal grinder, the ground herbs drop through holes into the middle chamber, and the finest pollen carries on through the mesh into the bottom. Unscrew the middle section and take what you need for your rolling papers or pre-rolled cones.
A firm tap of the grinder on the table loosens anything clinging to the teeth. Grind a little at a time rather than overfilling, and you get a more even texture that rolls neatly and burns at a steady pace.

We deliver grinders across the UK with Royal Mail, Evri or DPD, and you pick at checkout. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it's usually dispatched the same day. What is the difference between a 2, 3 and 4 part grinder?
The number counts the pieces. A 2 part grinder is a lid and a toothed base, so everything stays in one chamber; ours sits on a stash pot. A 3 part grinder adds a section to hold the ground herbs. A 4 part grinder adds a mesh screen and a bottom chamber that collects fine pollen separately.
What is the mesh screen in a 4 part grinder for?
The mesh screen is what makes it a grinder with a pollen catcher. It holds the ground herbs in the middle chamber while the finest particles fall through into the bottom chamber, where they collect over time. You can unscrew the bottom to get to them. Only the 4 part metal grinder in our range has one.
Should I choose a metal or plastic grinder?
Choose metal if you want weight, a magnetic lid and the pollen screen. Choose plastic if you want something light and colourful to carry, with storage built in. The 3 part plastic grinder has 55 pyramid teeth, and the stash pot version gives you the biggest storage space of the three.
How do I clean a herb grinder?
Empty every chamber, then brush the teeth and the mesh screen with a small dry brush to lift out any residue. Tapping each section on a hard surface helps. If you wash a plastic grinder, let every part dry completely before you screw it back together, so nothing sticks or clogs next time you grind.
