FAQs — Monkey King
Quick answers about our Smoking Accessories shop.
What is Monkey King?
Monkey King is a UK online head shop and brand of rolling papers and smoking accessories, with products crafted in Barcelona.
What do you sell at Monkey King?
We stock a wide range of rolling papers, tips and smoking accessories such as, grinders, smoking storage, ashtrays and lighters.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — we offer UK delivery on eligible orders from monkeyking.co.uk. Delivery options, cut-off times and costs are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched, as all of our delivery services are tracked. Shipment notifications are sent to the contact details on your order, and you can use your tracking number on the courier's website to follow your parcel. Please treat any delivery times shown as estimates only, as we can't guarantee exact times or add notes for the courier.
How do you roll a cone?
The easiest way is to use a pre-rolled cone. Just fill it, pack it down gently and twist the end closed. Monkey King Pre-Rolled Cones are king size slim with a filter tip already in place, and each 3-pack includes a packing tray and pokers. Choose pink, unbleached or hemp. To roll a cone by hand, roll a king size paper at a slight angle around a filter tip, so one end ends up wider than the other.
How do you refill a Clipper lighter?
To refill a Clipper lighter, turn it upside down, push the bare nozzle of a butane can into the refill valve on the base, and hold it firmly for about five seconds. Remove the nozzle and let any escaped gas clear before you light it. Clipper's guide says to wait a few seconds, but leaving it a couple of minutes is safer. Always refill outdoors or in a well-ventilated area, away from flames. Shop refillable Monkey King Clipper lighters.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us about any issue, then a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost and isn't refundable, so we recommend a tracked service. If anything arrives missing or damaged, let us know within 24 hours with photos. Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Check our Refund and Returns Policy
Do you deliver on weekends?
No. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer weekend delivery.
