We deliver Monkey King orders to addresses across the UK. Orders placed before 3pm (15:00), Monday to Friday, are usually despatched the same day, and every delivery service we offer is tracked. You’ll always see your delivery options and costs at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates from the courier and aren’t guaranteed. Occasionally a parcel can take longer for reasons outside our control.
When will my order be despatched?
We pack and despatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders placed before 3pm (15:00) on a working day are usually despatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3pm are despatched the next working day.
- Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, are despatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday).
Saturday delivery
Yes, we offer Saturday delivery. DPD Saturday costs £30.00, including VAT, and can be chosen at checkout. To arrive on Saturday, your order needs to be placed before 3pm (15:00) on Friday.
DPD Saturday is not available for addresses in Northern Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Free UK delivery
Orders of £30 or more get free UK delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless the delivery address is in Northern Scotland or Northern Ireland. The free delivery option shows at checkout once your basket qualifies.
Remote delivery areas
Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland cost more, because our couriers charge us more to deliver there. Orders to these areas aren’t eligible for free delivery, and DPD Saturday isn’t available. Your exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the UK only. We aren’t able to ship outside the UK at the moment.
All of our products are for adults aged 18 and over only.
Tracking your order
Every delivery service we use is tracked. Once your order has been despatched, we’ll email you your tracking number, and many couriers also send text updates. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website:
Your confirmation email will show which courier is delivering your order.
My order hasn’t arrived
Your order is our responsibility until it’s delivered to you.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of despatch, please contact us and we’ll chase it with the courier. If the courier confirms it’s lost, we’ll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbours and any safe place first, then let us know as soon as you can so we can investigate with the courier.
Damaged, faulty or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing, please tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and send photos of the item and the packaging if possible. This helps us sort it out quickly with the courier. It isn’t a deadline, and it doesn’t affect your legal rights.

Bank holidays
We don’t despatch orders on bank holidays. Orders placed over a bank holiday weekend will be despatched on the next working day. We’ll post any special cut-off times on this page ahead of each bank holiday.
